First of all, we'd like to say that we thank God for
touching our lives. He didn't have to, but He graciously
did. And we thank Him!!!
He created us all for a special purpose and wants to
become the Lord of our life in the form of a loving
father. He will become so many things to us if we
allow Him to be: a Holy Spirit ever with us, a loving
father, a best friend, a healer, a protector, a
deliverer. He invites each one of us into His kingdom
by extending salvation through grace. That means
salvation is a free precious gift from Him that we can't
earn or work for, we just have to trust and believe
that it is real because He said so in his word: "For by
grace are ye saved through faith: and that not of
yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any
man should boast." Ephesians 2: 8-9.
We cannot keep ourselves saved by "being perfect." It
is not our power but His that keeps us saved. He offers
us a free gift of Salvation, we just have to believe Him
and accept that we are worthy only through Him to go
to heaven when we die. We can't earn our way there.
We can't make ourselves worthy. He has the key and
made it possible by dying on the cross for all of our
sins. Of course, we have to first realize that we are
lost without Him and that the sin in our life is what
helped nail Him to the cross. We need to admit our
sins to Him, ask His forgiveness, and ask Him to wash us
clean. Only He can clean us enough to make us worthy
to be His children. If we are sincere, we will want to
live in a manner that pleases Him and we will try to
bring others to Christ.
We should remember that our lives are being watched
by the lost. Ask God's blessings everyday to be the kind
of Christian He wants you to be. Sometimes we do fail,
but don't give up! Turn from that sin, God is ready to
forgive you and still use you for His glory.
In humbleness, accept God's gift of salvation. We often
feel so undeserving, but He loves us and wants to give
us that key to the door of Heaven. He is The Key and
The Door! Yes, there is a Great Tomorrow if you
accept His
gift of Grace today!
